Sunrays Engineers Private Limited was established in the year 2005 and is spread a sprawling area of 3037.5 Sqr.Mtr. The company is located in Gurgaon, Haryana. Mr. Nav Ratan Arora is the Director of our company, who is a Graduate. We are the Manufacturers, Exporters and Suppliers of Aluminum Pressure Die Casting Automotive Components, Aluminum Pressure Die Casting Engineering Components, Aluminum Pressure Die Casting Electrical Components and Aluminum Pressure Die Casting LED Lighting Components. Moreover, the company has the installed capacity of 80, 00,000 Shots Approx per Annum (Casting).

The unit is professionally managed by team of highly experienced persons (5 Nos.) Engineers (12 Nos.), Supervisors (15) & Skilled Work Force (290).

Future Expansion Plan

• Planning to add  2 nos PDC machines of 400 T, 2 PDC machines of 250 T & 5 nos VMC with 4th axis within 3-4 month, 2 Nos. Turn Mill Center, further we are planning to add more machines of higher tonnage in Unit II.
• Quality standard room with additional facility of Spectrometer & UTM machine in 2-3 months in our new facility.
• We are targeting 500 Million turnover this fiscal (2021-22) and Rs.650 million company by the year 2022-23.
• Targeting for OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Certification by 2022-23.
